Challenges faced by businesses in early stage growth C2

So we can identify SMB Customers that are in an initial growth phase.  Typically there are few departments and probably most are focused on delivering or developing their products and services.  As they grow,  more people come to the business introducing different working practices – some may be focused on marketing, or finance – they may be working remotely and there may be a need to store, analyse and share information.  Collaboration is likely to be a significant challenge – although it may not be identified by the owners/managers at this stage.
